Student Discount Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This offer ("Student Discount") entitles eligible customers to 50% off the standard subscription price for Game Oracle for a period of 12 consecutive months.
The Student Discount is available only to new customers making their first-ever purchase of a Game Oracle subscription. It cannot be applied to existing subscriptions, renewals, or accounts that have previously held a paid Game Oracle subscription.
No proof of student status is required to redeem this offer, but by redeeming the Student Discount, you confirm that you are a student, are eligible under these terms and are a genuine first-time subscriber.
The Student Discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.

The Student Discount may be redeemed on either a monthly subscription, billed at 50% of the standard monthly price for 12 months, or a yearly subscription, billed at 50% of the standard annual price for the first 12 months.
The discounted rate applies strictly to the first 12 months from the date of first purchase, regardless of which billing option is selected.

If you choose the monthly subscription and cancel at any point before the 12-month discount period ends, you will permanently forfeit the remaining discount.
Should you choose to resubscribe to Game Oracle after cancelling a discounted monthly subscription, you will be charged the full, non-discounted price. The Student Discount is a one-time offer and cannot be reactivated, reissued, or reapplied to the same account or individual.

Both the monthly and yearly discounted subscriptions will automatically renew at the full, standard subscription price once the initial 12-month discount period ends, unless cancelled beforehand.
If you chose the monthly subscription, to avoid being charged the full price, you must cancel your subscription during your final month of the discounted period.
If you chose the yearly subscription, you can cancel at any time to avoid being charged the full price.
Any cancellation requests submitted after the final month has ended will not be eligible for a refund of any subsequent full-price charge already processed.

Game Oracle reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Student Discount offer at any time, without affecting the terms already applied to active discounted subscriptions.
Game Oracle reserves the right to investigate suspected abuse of this offer (e.g., repeat redemptions using different accounts or payment details by the same individual) and to revoke the discount or cancel the subscription where abuse is identified.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
By redeeming the Student Discount, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
